Porch Lids for your Awning
The Porch lid conceals the exposed structural framing in the ceiling, a common nesting place for birds and wasps. The Porch Lid is crucial for a clean look and a must have if you’re wanting the electrical package. We offer two different option tiers for Porch Lids.
- Basic- R-Panel or metal soffit.
- Premier- Shiplap (Painted or Stained)
Electrical Package
Tailored to your specific needs. Typical provisions include Fans, Recessed and accent lighting, Control switches, Outlets, Motorized shades and Solar.
Eyebrows & Fascia
- Eyebrow – The Eyebrow will clean up the front and sides of your steel awning creating a more finished look while blocking some extra sun. This also provides a very clean recessed mounting point for our Motorized patio shades.
- Fascia- The Fascia cleans up the front and sides of your wood frame awning for a clean look.
